Description
Baltimore Symphony Orchestra musicians will perform a program of music for oboe, bassoon, and piano for employees, friends, patients, and their families.
The third of five free summer concerts will be performed by:
- Michael Lisicky, oboe
- Schuyler Jackson, bassoon
- Lura Johnson, piano
Their program will feature works by Francis Poulenc, Heinrich Molbe, and Theodore Lalliet as well as a unique comparison of "Preludes and Fugues" from J.S. Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier with those of Dimitri Shostakovich, curated and performed by Lura Johnston.
This event is hosted by the Office of Cultural Affairs.
