Business Plan Competition

Description

The Center for Leadership Education's 20th annual Johns Hopkins University Business Plan Competition features 62 student teams competing across four categories:

• general business
• medical technology and life sciences
• mobile applications
• social enterprise

Competing student teams are made up of undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral Johns Hopkins students across all nine divisions of the university. Industry leaders and venture capitalists will serve as judges, selecting first-, second-, and third-place winners in each category after two rounds of competition. Those winners will be announced at an evening reception featuring keynote speaker Gary Laben '87.

The public is welcome to attend the competition to observe student team presentations, which will begin at 9:30 am. For questions about observing the competition, please contact Emily Myrick at emyrick2@jhu.edu.
