Come join Heart and Stroke Awareness at Johns Hopkins and Chef Mario Bush to learn how to prepare a heart-healthy meal.
Chef Bush is cooking:
- lentil and barley soup, served with savory breadsticks
- seared balsamic chicken breast
- herbed brown rice
- braised bok choy and mushroom ragout
- agave-soaked three-berry bowl for dessert
The meal will be served to all attendees.
