Description

Throughout the fall and winter of 2018/2019, a team of craftsmen worked with painstaking precision to restore Evergreen's 1905 Tiffany glass and wrought-iron canopy.

With work now complete, hear what it took to reinvigorate this Beaux Arts beauty from the master crafts workers responsible, Steve Dykstra and Lee Badger of Anvil Works, a custom metalworking firm based in West Virginia, and Mark Forrest West, a Baltimore-based artist specializing in antiques, historic design, and restoration.

The illustrated talk will include a trip outside to see the canopy in person. A reception with the speakers will follow the talk.
