Join Dr. Quito Swan, professor of History at Howard University, in conversation with Dr. Chiedo Nwankwor, Visiting Research Associate and Adjunct Lecturer in African Studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, on "The Black Pacific: Oceania & Black Internationalism."

This discussion will explore how 20th-century Black freedom struggles in Oceania engage Africana political struggles such as Black Power, Negritude, Civil Rights, and Black women's diasporic feminisms.
