Dr. Smita Krishnaswamy, an assistant professor of Genetics at the Yale School of Medicine and of Computer Science in the Yale School of Applied Science and Engineering, will give a talk entitled "Manifold Learning Yields Insight into Cellular State Space under Complex Experimental Conditions" for the Institute for Computational Medicine.

This seminar series features speakers whose work is of significant and broad interest to communities at Johns Hopkins University, interfacing computation and medicine.
