Description

Do aspire to write professionally? Are you curious about freelancing? Wondering how you might get started as a freelance writer? Join three Johns Hopkins alumni to learn the tricks of the trade.

Kate Dwyer '16 and Rebecca Fishbein '11 will share what it's like to be full-time freelance writers, and Emma Brodie '11 will share insights from the hiring perspective. Plus, you'll hear from faculty moderator Sarah Harrison Smith, former managing editor of the New York Times Magazine and current editorial director at Amazon. Refreshments will be provided.
