John "Jay" Neitz, a professor of Ophthalmology at University of Washington Medicine, will present a seminar entitled, "The Myopia Epidemic and How Gene Discovery Led to an Unconventional Plan to Stop It" for the Department of Biology. Robert Johnston, a professor of Biology at Johns Hopkins, will host the seminar.
