Salary Negotiation for Women in Industry

Description

A panel of alumni will discuss salary negotiation for women in industry, followed by a networking reception. The goal of this event is to teach students about the process of negotiating and key techniques that can help students emphasize their value and negotiate their worth during interviews.

• Carol Hayek, Chief Technical Officer at CCL
• Sakshee Pungaliya, managing director at Accenture

Smart casual dress required. Pizza dinner provided. All Homewood students are welcome to attend.

This event is co-hosted by the Whiting School of Engineering and the Development and Alumni Relations Office and is part of Johns Hopkins' 2019 National Engineers Week Celebration.
