Description

Join UNICEF at JHU in spreading love all around campus with its annual Valentine's Day Carnation Sale.

For the seventh year in the row, Johns Hopkins UNICEF is helping to bring Valentine's Day joy to students and their loved one(s). UNICEF will be selling a highly popular Valentine's Day flower, the carnation, and will offer delivery to all on-campus addresses during the day on February 14th. UNICEF will have hundreds of carnations in a wide variety of colors, and they are sure to brighten anyone's day.

UNICEF will be selling the carnations at a table in the Charles Common Lobby (Charles Street side entrance) from Monday, February 11 to Wednesday, February 13 from 5pm to 8pm.

Pre-orders can be placed online by following this link: https://goo.gl/forms/gY6U89Gb6hClucx73 Please place all online orders by 9pm on 2/13.

Costs are as follows: $2 per carnation $10 for six $20 for one dozen All costs include a personalized message by the sender, and ON-CAMPUS delivery on the day of Valentine's Day.

Alternate option (pick-up): For those who prefer to give their carnations to their loved ones themselves, UNICEF allows the opportunity to come pick up their orders on Tuesday, February 13th from 5:00pm-8:00pm in front of Nolan's.

Every day, 18,000 children under the age of five die from things that are preventable. They die of things most people in the U.S. rarely worry about. Malnutrition. Unsafe drinking water. The lack of an affordable vaccine. By contributing to UNICEF's cause, students can help change that.

All proceeds from the event benefit UNICEF, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in impoverished and conflict-ridden regions of the world.
