Description

Open to undergraduate and graduate students who identify as members of the African diaspora, the purpose of this Discussion Group is to provide a safe and affirming place for students to help each other navigate the academic and social challenges of JHU and the broader sociopolitical environment. This group is a great place to get and give support around issues such as racial trauma and microaggressions, share strategies for self-care and stress relief, and celebrate each other's successes. Please contact Leslie Leathers, Ph.D. (lleathe3@jhu.edu) or Liz Cook, M.S. (ecook22@jhu.edu) with questions/to join.
