Healthcare is undergoing a seismic shift. Hospitals and health systems are increasingly under pressure to provide create more consumer-friendly, value-laden, and population-focused care for patients. Dr. Redonda Miller, president of the Johns Hopkins Hospital, will discuss how the hospital is evolving – through use of technology, innovative programs, and personalized care – to create the healthcare that patients both want and need. Dr. Miller's keynote will be followed by a moderated discussion with Dr. Perry Tsai, president of the American Medical Student Association.
