Description
Evergreen Museum & Library's popular Music at Evergreen concert series continues with a performance by Omer Quartet.
Hailed by critics for both its "sense of discovery and adventure" and its "considerable finesse," Omer Quartet is a classical quartet on the rise. Last year was a break-out year for the quartet as it took First Prize in the 2017 Young Concert Artists International Auditions and began a tenure as the Doctoral Fellowship String Quartet-in-Residence at the University of Maryland. This season, the quartet is the Ernst Stiefel String Quartet-in-Residence at New York's Caramoor Center for Music and Arts and is preparing for its New York City and Washington, D.C., concert debuts.
The performance is followed by a reception with the artists.
