Description

Alison Patz, the associate director of outreach and service for the Boren Awards, will speak about the program's federal partners and hiring needs. Her role is to help Boren awardees seek and secure federal employment, and whether or not you apply for the Boren, this session will provide insights on working for the federal government.

Boren Scholarships provide unique funding opportunities for undergraduate students who are U.S. citizens to add an important international and linguistic component to their education by studying abroad. Those interested in applying for a Boren Scholarship can find more information on the National Fellowships Program's webpage or contact Jeannette Miller of the National Fellowships Program.
