Description

Kathleen Sutcliffe, a professor with the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, School of Medicine, and School of Nursing, will present a talk entitled "What is Patient Safety?" about patient safety and organizational resilience. Sutcliffe is an expert in high-reliability organizing, managing risk and uncertainty, resilience, and organizational change. The lecture is open to all and meant to be accessible to non-experts.

Lunch will be served immediately after the talk.
