Michael West and William Martin, both professors of Sociology at Binghamton University, will give a talk entitled "World Systems, World Revolution, and Black Liberation." West and Martin are co-authors of From Toussaint to Tupac: The Black International Since the Age of Revolution and Out of One, Many Africas: Reconstructing the Study and Meaning of Africa.
