Join the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in a discussion of how photography influences perceptions of poverty and violence and in turn shapes policy, featuring work by photojournalist James Whitlow Delano and the winners of the School of Advanced International Studies Perspectives photo contest. The event is hosted by the School of Advanced International Studies Perspectives, the Dean's Forum, The Big Picture, and Focus on the Story. Reception and exhibition to follow.
