JHU Startup Experience

The Startup Experience is a two-day intensive hands-on workshop for future entrepreneurs and social innovators. Learn from Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur Henrik Scheel, your go-to mentor and host for the event.

• Immerse yourself in the startup world, from ideation to investor pitch.
• Seek mentorship from Baltimore entrepreneurs and local Johns Hopkins alumni with experience in business and entrepreneurship.
• Engage with other Johns Hopkins students from a backgrounds in a variety of disciplines, from computer science to art, to help make your idea a reality.
• Pitch your idea at the conclusion of the workshop for the opportunity to win $1,000 in grant seed funding.
• Enter raffles to win prizes like the Oculus Rift, a drone, etc.

The workshop will take place at FastForwardU, the new Johns Hopkins student entrepreneurship center.
