Description
Join Laura Di Bianco, assistant professor of Italian, in a screening of Blow-Up. In this 1966 mystery thriller, a fashion photographer believes he has accidentally captured a murder on film. Blow-Up, a counterculture-hit film, was released in direct violation of the Motion Picture Production Code and spurred the creation of the current Motion Picture Association of America film rating system. This screening is part of the 1968 on Film Series presented by the Film and Media Studies Program.
