Catholic Community Freshman Retreat

Description
The Freshman Retreat is an excellent opportunity for a spiritual check-in to reflect on the first few weeks of college, grow deeper in your faith, and meet fellow Catholics in the freshman class. The retreat will be led by student leaders and our chaplains, who will share their experiences and advice for navigating life as both a Catholic and a Hopkins student. There will also be small group discussions and time to explore the grounds and trails of the shrine. This is a great chance to get off Homewood campus and relieve the tension of daily academic life.
The retreat will be held on Saturday, September 22, at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton shrine in Emmitsburg, MD. Transportation from campus is provided.
Breakfast will he served at the Newman Center (2801 N. Charles St.) starting at 8AM, and we will leave for the Shrine at 9AM. We expect to return to campus at 6PM. The retreat costs $5 to cover activities, transportation, and three meals.
