Description

The Hopkins Dining Cooking Series consists of four courses (one each month of the fall semester; and then again in the spring semester). Each course is designed to teach attendees the basics of cooking for themselves in their resident halls and then prepare them for living off-campus. Students will learn different techniques from our campus chefs. This is a free course along with giveaways at every class and the students get to eat/ take with them what they make. Students who complete all four courses will receive a certificate and extra bonus giveaway.

The first course is Knife Skills and the Basics: helping students learn the basics of prepping meals and using a knife properly and safely for the best culinary experience.
