Description

Come one, come all to the BFSA Juneteenth 2018 Celebration. This celebration is in recognition of the June 19, 1865 announcement of the abolition of slavery.

The program includes guest speaker Councilman Brandon Scott (2nd District Baltimore City) and performances by The Fresh Wind Choir of Southern Baptist Church. The program also welcomes Donte Hickman, pastor; storyteller Janice the Griot; and the Keur Khaleyi African Dance Company.

Children's activities, provided by Face Works, will include balloons, a magic show, games, and more.

Tickets are free for current active BFSA members and two guests. Tickets for non-BFSA members and community guests are $12, children 13 and under are free.
