Hydrate the #HopkinsEcoSmart way

Facilities is making it easier, tastier, and cooler to go reusable all across the Homewood campus. Seventeen new "hydration stations," or water bottle filling stations, filter and chill water, comply with ADA requirements, and encourage water bottle use.

Since 2014, approximately 65 new stations have been installed at the Homewood campus. This effort supports university waste reduction efforts and has been driven by student support from Take Back the Tap. Waste reduction efforts are additionally supported by filling stations at other campuses, distribution of water bottles at orientation programming, and outreach and incentives in residential, dining, academic, and administrative facilities across the university.
