Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week at the Bloomberg Student Center, Jan. 13–15

Since opening in the fall semester, the Bloomberg Student Center has quickly established itself as the place for student activity and connection on Johns Hopkins' Homewood campus. But the BSC isn't just for students—it's a place for the whole university to gather, create, engage, and recharge.

Faculty and staff are invited to explore all that the BSC has to offer during Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week, taking place Tuesday, Jan. 13, through Thursday, Jan. 15. During this three-day event, faculty and staff can enjoy exclusive lunch deals from the local food vendors in Ralph's Marketplace, tour the building and its many reservable spaces, and take part in happy hour and trivia at Mo's Place restaurant.

"This is a great opportunity for our faculty and staff to experience the Bloomberg Student Center," says Matt Moss, assistant vice provost for Hopkins Dining and Auxiliary Services. "Since its opening, our students have shown so much enthusiasm in embracing the BSC, and we saw this quieter period on campus as a moment for our faculty and staff to come explore the BSC, engage with our food and beverage partners, and see the space as a hub for our entire community—all throughout the year."
