Online Annual Enrollment for 2026 university benefits ends on Friday, Oct. 31. All full-time benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and LiUNA bargaining unit members must enroll if they wish to:
- Select a different medical plan
- Participate in a health care, limited purpose, or dependent care flexible spending account (you must re-enroll each year)
- Contribute to a health savings account if enrolled in the CareFirst BCBS high-deductible health plan
- Apply or reapply for the child care voucher program and/or a scholarship to JHU Partner Centers
- Add or remove a dependent to or from any plan
- Increase your life insurance coverage
If you don't actively enroll, your dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits will remain in place at the 2025 coverage level at 2026 rates.
Go to the Benefits & Worklife website for all 2026 Annual Enrollment information and to access the benefits enrollment site.
You must click "I Accept" when finished for your elections to be processed. Changes can be made through Oct. 31. The last submission of elections will become your benefits choices, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Be sure to print or save a copy of your online confirmation for your records.
