Elections begin for inaugural members of the Staff Advisory Council

SAC perspectives will help inform key decisions and policymaking for staff initiatives at the university

Beginning today and continuing through Feb. 2, staff members can cast their vote for inaugural members of the Johns Hopkins University Staff Advisory Council.

Full-time staff are eligible to vote for candidates from their division, and they can review each candidate's profile here before voting.

The SAC will consist of 37 elected members plus five nonvoting members appointed by university leadership. Seats are determined by the number of employees in a division, with a minimum of two for each division.

The perspectives of Staff Advisory Council members will help inform key decisions and policymaking for staff initiatives at Johns Hopkins.

The names of elected council members will be announced in the coming weeks.
