Binu Koirala, an assistant professor, has been selected a fellow of the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association. Koirala's research expertise includes cardiovascular disease, multimorbidity, palliative care, and global health.
The Center of Immersive Learning and Digital Innovation became officially accredited by the Society of Simulation in Health. According to its website, the center aims to be a global leader in innovative simulation, virtual and augmented reality, and artificial intelligence–enabled solutions to advance nursing and interdisciplinary education and health care delivery.
