mySupport offers advice on steps you can take now to allay your anxiety

In order to lessen the anxiety of Johns Hopkins employees who are worried about safety when facing an unknown threat such as the coronavirus, the mySupport team in the university's Office of Benefits & Worklife has assembled some helpful advice.

Additionally, employees are reminded that mySupport counselors are available to them 24/7, every day of the year, at 443-997-7000, option #2, for in-the-moment support and/or to schedule appointments to help them through this challenging time.
