Allison Barlow, an associate scientist in the Department of International Health and director of the Center for American Indian Health, received the American Academy of Pediatrics' Native American Child Health Advocacy Award for her dedication and contributions to improving the health and well-being of Native American children. The award, presented annually at AAP's national conference, recognizes champions in pediatrics from a variety of fields.
