Inaugural Dean's Award for Distinction in Faculty Mentoring goes to Scott Zeger, Valeria Culotta

Scott Zeger, a professor in the Department of Biostatistics, and Valeria Culotta, a professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, have each received the inaugural Dean's Award for Distinction in Faculty Mentoring.

This award recognizes a sustained commitment to excellence in fostering the scientific, academic, and/or career development success of fellow faculty members in the school.

The awards were presented at the annual Appointments and Promotions dinner, held in early May.
