Carrie Bertling Disclafani and Jennifer Hill, distance education librarians in the Entrepreneurial Library Program, presented a talk titled "A Tale of Two Assessments: A Two-Pronged Approach to Improve Your Discovery Tool" at the Electronic Resources and Libraries Conference. Held March 4-7 in Austin, Texas, the conference explored trends, technologies, e-resource management, and digital services in libraries.
Susan Payne, head of assessment and user experience, has been selected for participation in this year's Leading Change Institute, sponsored by the Council on Library and Information Resources and EDUCAUSE. The annual intensive weeklong program explores higher education challenges, empowering librarians and information technologists to initiate conversations and take action on issues of importance not just to their individual institutions but to the entire higher education community. The 2018 LCI will be held June 3-8 in Washington, D.C.
