Research has demonstrated the health benefits of the practice of the gentle art of tai chi. Among them: reduced stress, improved balance, and enhanced overall health.
To help employees discover the benefits for themselves, the School of Medicine's Office of Faculty Development is offering free instructor-led sessions from 7 to 7:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday morning, from July 6 to Aug. 1, in Eager Park on the East Baltimore campus. Sessions will be held rain or shine, and all levels of participants are welcome.
