In the Strategic Coaching: Growing Top-Notch Performers workshop participants will develop a strategy to target key team members for coaching, and learn to customize best practices to ensure that they significantly improve their performance and move closer to "10."
Participants will also learn the components of an employee developmental plan and coaching strategies such as asking probing questions and implementing proactive accountability to ensure employee success.
The workshop will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at Johns Hopkins at Eastern, Room B102.
