Participating in a wellness class can help you reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve health. The Benefits Office subsidizes 50 percent of the cost for benefits-eligible faculty and staff members.
Classes on the Homewood campus are Muscle Toning & Conditioning, Cardio Fusion, Zumba, Meditation, and Yoga. Classes available on other campuses include Yoga at Candler and Yoga at Keswick. The classes are open to all skill levels.
