Sharpen your management skills with this three-day course

Management Skills II: Leading and Controlling is a three-day course offering a comprehensive review of the core functions of leading and controlling. Content includes leadership skills, empowerment, motivation, time and stress management, delegating, managing change, conflict management, operations control, quality management, and financial management.

The course will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 13 to 15 at Johns Hopkins at Eastern, Room A120. Online registration is now open.
