Manage your 403(b) retirement plan all year long

Did you know you can make changes to your Johns Hopkins University 403(b) retirement plan at any time throughout the year?

Unlike your health and life benefits, which you elect once a year, your Retirement Choice options can be changed whenever you want, some through the university's website and others directly through your investment provider. Not comfortable making decisions on your own? You can schedule a one-on-one meeting with an adviser.

Here's what you need to know.

Through the Retirement Choice online portal, you can:

  • Review and change your contribution amounts and investment provider
  • View JHU 403(b) retirement plan balances and manage contributions
  • Learn more about the investment options that are available to you

To get started, go to the myChoices landing page on the Benefits website and click on the Retirement Choice link.

To make changes to your investment funds or beneficiaries, call your investment provider or use its website.

To get personalized advice at a one-on-one session on a campus location with your investment provider of choice, look for the advisers' schedules under Upcoming Events on the Benefits website.
