Feedback wanted on JHU communications

Since its launch in 2013, the Office of Communications' feedback panel has weighed in on the redesign of the jhu.edu website, evaluated logos for a university initiative, rated the effectiveness of a proposed community-focused website design, taken a Hub readership survey, and more—all from the participants' office chairs.

The questions the panelists answered took little time but had a big impact on the strategy and effectiveness of university communications.

Because of the feedback panel's value, the Office of Communications is looking to expand the number of faculty and staff across the university who are participating.
