The Concur travel booking tool is getting an upgrade.
Effective Jan. 21, there will be a new look and upgraded functionality to the Concur travel booking tool. Here is an overview of the changes you will see:
- An AI powered booking option
- Expanded content
- Reduced number of steps from start to checkout
You may choose to use the new search functionality or the current standard booking process within the tool, whichever you are most comfortable with.

Note: Expense and PCard reconciliation functionality is not changing.
