Participants needed for touch perception research study

Healthy participants are needed to participate in a research study at the JHU Homewood campus, in Krieger Hall, room G60. The purpose of the study is to investigate human touch perception and performance through real and virtual interfaces. During this task, non-invasive and harmless brain recordings as well as eye-tracking will be collected using a headband and eye-tracking goggles. The study consists of at least one session, in total lasting approximately 60 to 150 minutes. At the end of the session(s), participants will be paid $10/hr in Amazon gift credit.

Note that in order to be eligible, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Adult (18 years or older)
  • English-speaking
  • Normal upper-limb and hand function
  • Normal or corrected-to-normal close-range vision (via contact lenses only)
  • Normal or corrected-to-normal close-range hearing
