We are excited to announce that scheduling for the Bloomberg Student Center will open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15, for all university affiliates in 25Live.
Because the BSC is dedicated to enhancing student engagement, the building is reserved for student-facing events after 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Student-facing events are those where 90% of attendees are current or incoming students. Departments may schedule non-student-facing events between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
1876 Distinction, the university's in-house catering program, reserves first right of refusal for catered events. A list of preferred vendors and other catering guidelines are available on the BSC website.
For events with nonaffiliate attendees, a list of guests must be submitted in advance of the event. Guests will show ID and be checked in at the welcome desk on the second floor.
