Maximo system outage and upgrade

Starting on Friday, June 27, after 5 p.m., JHFRE will upgrade its Maximo system to the IBM Maximo Application Suite 9 (MAS 9). Users will experience a temporary outage during this transition (June 28 and 29), and full access to the new system will start on Monday, June 30.

The majority of the big changes in the new Maximo system are behind the scenes, with the most noticeable changes to users being the refreshed interface in both the web and mobile apps. Facility Operations technicians will begin using the new Maximo mobile app on their iPads, replacing the outdated EZ Max Mobile platform. The new app is designed to streamline daily tasks with fewer clicks, while maintaining all core functionality in a seamless "lift-and-shift" migration.
