Volunteers with cutaneous lupus needed for research study

The Johns Hopkins Department of Dermatology is conducting a research study led by Dr. Jun Kang to better understand the cellular mechanisms driving disease activity and long-term skin damage in cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE).

If you have ever been diagnosed with CLE and continue to experience skin symptoms, you may be eligible to participate.

Participation involves at least one visit to the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center. During this visit, eligible participants may be asked to complete surveys and provide blood and skin samples.

Your participation could help us uncover new insights to help pave the way for better treatments for CLE.
