Do you spend at least one day per week working from home and one day per week in the office? We are recruiting participants for a study on environmental exposures and worker well-being when working at home versus in the office.
Your participation can inform workplace policies and practices to support employee well-being. This research will help us understand how work location impacts workers' health.
If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete:
Two days of environmental monitoring: measure air quality and physical environment, and answer questions about your home and office workspaces (one day in a typical onsite environment and one day at home).
Brief two- to five-minute smartphone surveys five times per day.
Wear personal exposure monitors to measure exposure to air pollution at home, while working, and while commuting.
Wear a sleep and physical activity tracker on your wrist during the study period.
Provide a saliva sample four times (morning and evening) during the two days of environmental monitoring.
$120 in compensation (Amazon or Target gift card) is provided for participation.
