Phase 2
Utility infrastructure will be installed across W. University Parkway for the Early Learning Center project on a phased timeline. The second phase, which involves continuing trenching and installing the pipe, will take place from Monday, April 28, through Thursday, May 1. The work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Construction Impact
- No parking within the work zone areas
- The eastbound bike lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Pedestrian traffic in this section will be rerouted to walk on the north sidewalk of University Parkway
