Identifying Your Strengths: Part 1 of Becoming Your Own Academic Career Design Architect Program

The Academic Career Design program will be composed of a comprehensive series crafted to empower faculty and staff members across all levels of academia. This longitudinal program will offer a holistic approach to academic career design by incorporating the best practices and principles of professional development, academic executive coaching, authenticity philosophy, and strengths-based psychology.

In Part 1 of the program, Identifying Your Strengths, participants will use results from the Clifton Strengths Assessment to embark on a transformative journey, cultivating their innate talents into intentional strengths. Included in this program are the results and analysis of your own strengths according to the Clifton assessment, a three-and-a-half-hour Zoom workshop with certified Clifton Strengths facilitators, and two individual follow-up coaching sessions with a certified Clifton Strengths coach with the option to sign up for six additional coaching sessions.
