In this study, we will measure CFTR function in healthy controls, healthy cystic fibrosis (CF) carriers, and CF carriers with cystic fibrosis–like illness. What is involved? A five-minute nasal brushing, saliva collection, and review of your medical history for CF-like illnesses.
