The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is offering an in-person session on Diversity in the Workplace for Managers from 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 21. In this interactive workshop, managers will focus on competencies related to inclusion and belonging. The discussion includes the importance of diversity and an understanding of the people on the team; strategies for building a sense of belonging within the team; and leadership actions that can support diversity, enhance belonging, and advance institutional priorities.
