The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is offering a virtual session on Diversity in the Workplace for Managers; the event is from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March 12. In this interactive workshop, managers will focus on competencies related to inclusion and belonging. We will discuss the importance of diversity and understanding who is on your team. We will brainstorm strategies for building a sense of belonging within your team. We will close with an opportunity to explore leadership actions that can support diversity, enhance belonging, and support institutional priorities.
