Scheduling Info Session – virtual

Come join us virtually to learn more about the new 25Live scheduling system and process for your events and meetings. We will discuss some key timelines, how to search and view availability, create customized searches, reserve spaces at other campuses, how to copy a previous event, maneuvering the dashboard and system, tips, and more. Other topics are classroom usage and requests for nonacademic courses, multipurpose rooms, outdoor spaces, and spaces that fall under other areas, as well as things to be mindful of when reserving.

Events Info Session – virtual

Come join us virtually to learn more about the event process and the services provided by SES for your department. Topics for discussion include some key components, tips, and important things to be aware of, such as additional costs for planning events at JHU Homewood. We will discuss classroom guidelines and important outdoor space-planning considerations, costs, and additional services or vendors that may need to be contracted. Participants will also get information about certain spaces and buildings to be aware of when hosting an event in those locations.
