For the fifth year in a row, the Johns Hopkins Libraries are hosting Love Data Week, an international celebration of data. Through a weeklong series of online talks, panels, and workshops, we will explore the legal, ethical, and technical dimensions of data ownership including the topics of AI & big data, community-centered research, and data licensing.
All events are online, free, and open to the public. To see the schedule and register for events, visit our Zoom Events page Love Data Week 2025.
The Johns Hopkins Libraries include the Sheridan Libraries, Welch Medical Library, Arthur Friedheim Library, APL Library, and SAIS Europe Library. This year, we are honored to be partnering with the Data Science and AI Institute and the Berman Institute of Bioethics to bring these data-centric events to attendees of all backgrounds and experience levels. Events run from Feb. 10 through Feb. 14, and the theme for 2025 is Whose Data Is It, Anyway?
